“WHYoga represents a distinctive kind of product and service that the consumer can really appreciate. We’re confident that Sharon and WHYoga will be a huge hit in southern Dauphin County.”
Wells is a former professional dancer whose career was cut short by injury in 1998. After studying several disciplines of martial arts and yoga, Wells discovered Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga in 2000. She studied under ‘Power Vinyasa Yoga’ creator Baron Baptiste, and has more than 400 hours of yoga training experience. Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirituality, with classes conducted in a heated room.
A wide range of affordable lesson and workout plans ranging from single classes to annual unlimited plans are offered, as are private lessons.
“Yoga offers stress and pain relief, better flexibility, increased strength and weight management,” said Wells. “It also improves breathing, circulation and cardiovascular conditioning. It is the perfect exercise for both beginners and more
experienced practitioners.”
